• Mobile Number: For account registration and OTP verification.
• Personal Details: Name, Profile, DOB, gender, reference contact and address.
• KYC: PAN and Aadhaar for identity verification and auto-fetching your name.
• Bank Details: Account number and IFSC code for validation and disbursal.
• Work & Income: Employment status, experience, salary, and proof.
• CIBIL Info: Credit history and score. If unavailable, up to 70% of salary is used for loan approval.
• Device Info: IP, location, device ID, app usage for fraud prevention and analytics.

3. How We Collect Data

• Direct input during registration or KYC process.
• Automatic collection via device and analytics tools.
• From verified third-party sources like CIBIL or KYC APIs.

4. Purpose of Use

• Register and onboard you as a user.
• Verify your identity using PAN and Aadhaar.
• Auto-fill name from PAN.
• Validate bank details for disbursement.
• Assess loan eligibility based on salary, experience, CIBIL.
• Improve our platform and ensure legal compliance.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with KYC services, credit bureaus, banks, collection agencies, and regulatory authorities only as required for service delivery or legal compliance. We do not sell your data.

6. User Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Revoke or deny consent (may impact services).
• Opt-out of marketing emails and notifications.

7. Data Security

We implement encryption, firewalls, and secure servers per Indian IT law and data protection standards.

8. Account Deletion Policy

By Email: Send an email to support@shreemeenakshifinance.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your registered phone number.

Processing Time: Account deletion requests will be completed within 7 business days.

Note: After deletion, all personal data including order history and saved addresses will be permanently removed. You will not be able to access the app unless you register again.
